As we navigate these uncertain times, our goal is to contribute to your journey of embracing strength, well-being and hope. We stand strongly by our mission to Make Lives Better and are working around the clock to make the peace of mind and safety of our patients, staff and communities, our number one priority. Each of our franchises are independently owned and operated, but as a brand we are united by our mission.
In keeping with our mission, I’ve always felt that it was our job to deliver top of the line clinical care with a vision of someday providing tangible resources that you can use to optimize your wellness journey.
We’ve called on the expertise of Dr. Anderson, strategic partner and franchise owner, who understands critical care from physician’s perspective. After spending decades training, teaching, researching and caring for fragile babies as a newborn ICU physician in some of the world’s premiere hospital systems, he now uses his experience to bring acupuncture and alternative health care to the masses.
Every Monday Dr. Anderson will be sharing strategies on how to make self-care a priority for you and your family, with tips on stress management, mindful breathing techniques and navigating healthy habits with diet, sleep and other recommendations for immunity.
We have also partnered with Barry Goldstein, a Grammy-award winning musician who calls his music “the universal language of love” and uses it as a vehicle for transformation. His music has been used in hospitals, hospice, cancer centers, and medical practices around the country. Additionally, he is a keynote speaker for medical conferences presenting cutting edge research on how music is being utilized for medical conditions. Barry’s music is science-based and targets the heart rate to help promote a relaxed state and may activate the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). The PNS can lift mood, reduce blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, and reduce the sense of anxiety and stress.
Every Friday we will be providing you with acupuncture information as it relates to our main pillars, Pain, Stress and Beauty.
Uncertainty is stressful for everyone, and we want to be here for you now more than ever. Our hope is that these tools, techniques and practices will help you find some peace as we navigate this storm.
Through these times, we are reminded of our collective strength and to be thankful for what truly matters. Our goal is to help us all stay more united than ever as a community.
We hope that you and your loved ones stay healthy and safe.
Respectfully -Matt Hale,Co-Founder and CEO of Modern Acupuncture
