Extend your arms out to your sides and slowly rotate your trunk, keeping your feet and hips still. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.

Prevention is key in managing golf-induced back pain. Maintaining proper posture, performing regular stretching and strengthening exercises, and not carrying excessively heavy golf bags can all help prevent back pain from developing in the first place.
